NOTICE -- READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM. USE OF THIS PROGRAM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PROGRAM PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. IF YOU DON'T FULLY UNDERSTAND, OR HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS CONCERNING HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO PARTICIPATE.
We highly recommend that you ONLY tell merchants that you will have an associate call them about a program that enables retail merchants to accept bankcards at no cost. It's best to not tell them anything about the equipment cost until we've had opportunity to call them and explain the program, but if you must tell them what the equipment package costs, the total cost is $395. This price provides everything needed for easy plug-n-play installation.

Should you decide to be directly involved in making your own sales, you are welcome to sign-up for our Distributor Program (at no cost) and learn our program so you can make sales on your own which enables you to potentially make more for each sale since you control the markup price that merchants pay. When you sign-up as a distributor, we are also available by phone to assist you in presenting the program to merchants that you call on, as well as ongoing training by phone.
When you submit a merchant location, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will earn a $100 in commission. ( In other words, submitting a merchant location does not guarantee that we will send you a $100 ) We cannot and will not be held legally or financially responsible if the merchant location you submit decides not to purchase a Cashless ATM package from us.
We want to make the sale as much as you do and we will politely explain the benefits of this program to merchants and how the program can help their business become more profitable...but, sometimes merchants just don't want to make the purchase. Other times, merchants may be interested but may want or need to wait until a later date to purchase. We keep detailed records of all submissions so we will know when your merchant buys if they decide to wait until later.
It is recommended that you follow-up with the merchant locations that you submit regularly.
If / when any merchant you submit decides to wait and make their purchase in the future, you will still be credited with the referral and earn the $100 commission, up to 12 months after the original submission. If any merchant location you submit does not purchase after 1 year (12 months) of your submission, you must re-submit that merchant location in order to get credit for the referral. It is highly recommended that you keep your own records of the locations you submit so you can follow-up with them and re-submit their location after 12 months if necessary.
When a merchant location that you submit does decide to purchase a Cashless ATM package for $395, we must wait until the equipment package has been delivered to the merchant's location where we can call and verify that the merchant has accepted delivery of the machine package before we dispense your $100 commission payment. Once a merchant submits the necessary paperwork along with their equipment payment, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the machine package to be programmed, packaged, and delivered to the merchant.
Once delivery has been verified by phone, we will issue your payment either by check through standard postal service mail, or we can issue your payment via Pay Pal, it's your choice.
Note: Should you decide to receive your commission payment via Pay Pal, you agree to be responsible for paying any fees Pay Pal charges you to receive funds using their services.
(We will send the commission to you, and Pay Pal will deduct their applicable fees)

program so we can notify you of the status of your submissions.

When submitting a merchant location, you must use our Online Submission Form located on this site. By using our online submission form, we will be able to collect the information that is required to contact your merchant, plus you will be asked to agree to the terms & conditions of the program before the form will allow you to submit the merchant location.
If you submit any referrals through means other than the Online Submission Form on this site, you will be asked to come back to this site and submit your referral using the Online Submission Form. Failing to do so within 48 hours of initial info submitted wrongly will result in the information received being used as a free merchant referral in which no commissions will be paid should that merchant decide to purchase.
Fraudulent referrals will not be accepted and will be voided. All referrals submitted will be verified for legitimacy. You may not refer yourself, your company, or someone within a company you are employed by or directly associated with. By submitting referrals to us, you agree that any and all such referrals will be disqualified to receive any referral payments.
If we find out that a referral was fraudulent after commission payment has been made, we reserve the right to not pay any commissions on future referrals while pursuing any future referrals made as free sales leads that we are in no way obligated to pay any referral commissions on. In this event, we will promptly thank you for the free merchant referral...which will be your reward.
If you successfully submit 5 merchant locations in any given calendar year, resulting in the collection of $500, you must fax in a readable copies of your current Drivers License and Social Security card before we can pay you for your 6th successfully submission. This information will be used to issue you a MISC-1099 and to report the earnings to the IRS as they requires when we payout $600 or more to any one person during a given calendar year. If you don't want to provide this information once you've made $500, then you can always stop providing referrals until the start of the next year. (Commissions can not be held until the next year starts.)
